I dropped out of high school due to an anxiety disorder. I am extremely self-conscious and am not very social. I would attend school about once a week if that. I'm trying to either get a GED or a HS Diploma Online. What would be best for someone who doesn't want to leave home?

The difference between an online high school and the GED would not be much in terms of leaving home. You would never have to leave home for the online high school and you would only need to leave your house one time for the GED. The GED requires an examination that is not given online.
