Looking for options 2007/10/21 20:00 Karma: 0
I am a senior in high school, currently.

The problem that I am having is, I do not enjoy the environment of school. The people are distracting, and I find myself trying to avoid school at all costs. I do want to graduate and go on to college, but my grades have suffered greatly in the past few years due to absences.

I want to consider all options, and since I am most comfortable at home, I feel like a form of homeschooling will be best.

Are there ways to transfer the credits that I've earned to any online schools so that I don't have to retake any courses?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Yes, any reputable online high school like you would find on this site will accept most of your credits in transfer. Whether they will accept all has too many variables. Standard courses with standard names tend to do well in the transfer process. Courses with unusual names tend to do less well.
