I think your three choices:
Penn Foster High SchoolCompuHigh
Keystone National High Schoolcould all be good choices.
All three meet a few of the criteria that I regularly espouse (regional accreditation, longevity of program, flexibility).
I have had many positive student comments about Penn Foster, some positive student comments about Keystone, and none about CompuHigh. Of those three, I have received almost no negative comments.
I think you have discovered the advantages to both Penn Foster and to Keystone. Keystone does offer more possibilities for courses, but you will pay for that greater number. Penn Foster offers a good, solid high school diploma, but is able to do it at that price because it offers fewer courses. There is certainly nothing wrong with either approach.
To be honest, I am not sure how I feel about CompuHigh's having everything online (which, for the unitiated, means all of the textbook-like information is online as well). I have seen their program, but I sure would like to get input from former and current students.
Given that it is Mexico and not Zimbabwe, I think any of the three would work without regard to location. What
can be a factor is how long you plan on being in Mexico.
