While I think in many ways, you get what you pay for,
Continental Academy is accredited. How can they offer such a cheap program? My guess is that they are hoping for quantity of students (as opposed to quality).
This does not make it a bad choice, but you would want to examine how the courses are taught very closely. Typically, programs are not this inexpensive unless they are a governmental program of some kind.
I believe the key, though, is that the online version is only available for 18 year olds and above. They call it their EAGLE program.
If you are younger than 18, you only have access to printed materials which is how they keep the costs down.
