UMGA is a college preparatory online high school. UMGA is an academically stimulating college preparatory high school devoted to educating the whole student. The students at UMGA benefit from one-on-one online instruction designed to cater to individualized student learning needs. The online instructors provide telepresence, support via email, instant messaging, video conferencing, phone, asynchronous-threaded discussions, and synchronous whiteboard communications. Through the use of these varied pedagogical techniques, students are actively engaged in the learning process.
