UMOHS becomes Kaplan College Preparatory School
April 7th, 2008I am pleased to announce that the University of Miami Online High School has become Kaplan College Preparatory School. With the purchase of UMOHS by Kaplan last year, this has been coming for a while now. While retaining the quality of the program (and the quality of the program has always been reported to me as excellent), the school will be joining the Kaplan family of schools. This change should be for the better because Kaplan has a long tradition of providing non-traditional education. This includes its distance learning opportunities.
